An all-round, high quality PVC mat (no nasty ingredients, see below), suitable for all yoga poses and types of yoga with a textured, grippy surface on both sides, providing reliable comfort for yoga and fitness.

SGS tested: FREE FROM AZO dyes, DOP softeners, phthalates and heavy metals. 6P free: Contains no DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP and DNOP.
Please note, with a lot of sweat or humidity the non-slip properties of the mat can be reduced as the mat does not absorb moisture. However, if you ensure that you wipe down your mat after particularly vigorous yoga exercise or classes with clean warm water, this will restore its grip.
