This great looking mat is made from recycled rubber and a mesh of Jute. This gives it good grip on the underside, and an ideal surface on the top for your yoga practice.  Sun Salutation recommend this mat for ashtanga, hatha, power, vinyasa, anusara, sivananda yoga, pilates and stretch.
