The Bodhi Asana Yoga Blanket is a high quality, extra soft, non-pilling fleece blanket.  It is an ideal blanket to give you warmth, protection and extra cushioning during your Yoga practice.  The edges are finished with wool whip stitch and the blanket features a lovely OM embroidery in the corner.   These blankets are most commonly used during Savasana at the end of a Yoga practice, but it is equally useful as an extra cushioning layer on top of your yoga mat, if required.  For example if you require a stable but yielding surface to help you in your shoulderstand.  It can be used rolled as a substitute for a bolster in restorative poses, or to help achieve a steady and comfortable sitting position for meditation, or just for warmth during meditation.  These blankets are truly versatitle and really beautifully made.
