Our delivery service uses "signed for" courier or "signed for" 1st class mail.
This typically takes 1 - 2 days but can take longer.
Orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Any orders that can not be signed for are usually left with your local post office and a card will be placed through your door.

• We may upgrade delivery in the UK to "Next Day Courier" (at no extra charge) for some items over 2kg in weight.

If we receive your order before 1pm on Monday to Friday will usually dispatch it the same day.
Orders received after 1pm will be sent out the next day.
Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be sent out the following Monday morning.

At present we can not ship orders over 2Kg worldwide. However, it may be possible to split your order to reduce/ spread the weight.
